Job description

As per our steady business development, we are looking for a sales representative based in the Netherlands.

Under the responsibility of the Export Sales Manager, you’re in charge for developing and monitoring the customer portfolio in your geographic area in compliance with the commercial development strategy defined by Management.

Your missions will be structured as follows:

  • Identify decision-making circuits within healthcare centers (UMC, hospitals, clinics)
  • Use all available tools to optimize sales
  • Meet regularly with clinical staff / department heads / opinion leaders, and promote / present the products by establishing a trustful relationship
  • Identify and analyze customer needs in order to define an adapted offer in terms of price, performance and deadlines
  • Negotiate the commercial offers
  • Provide support and training for users
  • Liaise between the after-sales service and the users involved
  • Evaluate the actions to be taken to ensure objectives are met and recommend efficient solutions
  • Collect and transmit field information to the hierarchy and to the services concerned
  • Ensure competitive monitoring
  • Maintain and regularly update the CRM
  • Exhibit at regional/national congresses, organize staff, etc.

Required profile

With a post-secondary commercial education and or technical/medical, you have a first significant experience in the field of phlebology or vascular surgery.

Terms

  • Salary range: 40-50 k€ fixed + 30 to 35 % variable (gross annual remuneration)
  • Participation in company profits
  • Type of contract: permanent and full-time position
  • Desired start date: September 2024
  • Living near Breda
  • Mobility throughout the Netherlands (vehicle provided, driving license required)
